Our Mission

Communications networks and the services supported by them have become increasingly critical to business operations. As new services are added and companies discover new ways to collaborate over the Internet, this reliance will increase. In support of these activities, our goal is to provide the utmost in networking capability, reliability and support.


Corporate Bio

Vectus was founded in 1999 to leverage the new generation of high speed wireless networking equipment by industry veterans with over 50 years of combined experience. Since then, Vectus has achieved several milestones in the creation of a high speed data network infrastructure and the deployment of highly reliable, point to point networks.


CEO Bio

David Saylor is a veteran entrepreneur with a track record of building and managing technology focused companies David starting with System Consultants, a successful software consulting firm in 1978.

In 1994, David went on to establish SurfCity Networks, a large regional ISP providing broadband network services througout Southern California. During that tenure, David spearheaded numerous initiatives to make new technologies available to SurfCity's customers. SurfCity was also on the cutting edge of VoIP technologies providing telephony services to its customers long before these services became commonplace.

Currently, David is the President and CEO of Vectus, Inc., a communications and networking company providing high bandwidth Internet access and private networks with coverage focused in the Los Angeles and Orange County area.
